Sales Policy 

Atlanticbooks.com strives to give you the power to order and receive your books at a place most convenient to you. Our shipping arrangements cover almost all places in India and abroad. For details, read our shipping policy. Once an order and its payment are fully processed we pack the books for shipping. This is done with utmost care so as to avoid damage to the books. Our couriers deliver these items at the address submitted by customers while filling up the online order form.

The shipping address is where the customer wishes to receive his order. Once a customer does a transaction on Atlanticbooks.com he can instruct us to store his shipping address so that he does not have to enter the address again.

Shipping time is the time taken to deliver an order at a shipping address, after the order has been shipped out. It depends on where the customer stays and the shipping method selected while filling up the online order form.

Return & Refund Policy 

Within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment, you may return a defective or damaged book. For returning shipment, please e-mail us at orders@atlanticbooks.com with the "return-orderID" in the subject line.

Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order or an email must be sent within 24 hours of the receipt of the books. Approved returns will be given a Return Id from us and same id has to be pasted on the return parcel. We will accept returns only in case of damaged book, wrong supplied or with any printing errors. We will notify you through e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the packet to the address given below:
